Art Direction, Content Strategy & Social Media Managment for POV.Lisboa

ABOUT

POV.Lisboa (in english - POV.Lisbon) is a dynamic cultural organization that promotes music (techno) and art events across Lisbon, Portugal. 

CHALLENGE

+ Create bold brand identity that has individual features and at the same time fits in overall visual direction of event organiser/music industry.
+ Develop social media strategy across channels to boost community engagement.
+ Build, monitor, grow and maintain online community.

SOLUTION/MY ROLE

Art Director & Social Media Lead

I’ve shaped the visual identity of the organization and continue to provide creative direction for its events and activities. Led brand positioning and creative direction through comprehensive audience analysis. Managed content planning and cross-channel calendars to align with campaign goals. Developed and applied content strategy for promoting on-site events.

OUTCOME

+Tripled organic followers within 6 months (1k to 3k)

+350% increase in engagement (from 10k to 45k)

In POV.Lisboa we collaborate with local artist to produce social media & brand content. Therefore, we would like to keep our brand flued, moving, and evolving, creating color palette with various colors & fonts.

Neon Grooves is an event organized by POV Lisboa in collaboration with Village Underground Lisboa. Results of campaign were sold out tickets and 15K reels and posts views (70% from non-followers).
